5.2.4 Analysis: Acts of Parliament and Acts with Customs References (2008–2016)

A comparative exercise was carried out, in which the number of Acts of the Parliament of Samoa, was compared against the number of Acts which give some reference and recognition to the Samoan customary context in their practices and institutions. This is a span of 10 years, from 2007 to 2016.
